Adventures of Reading (Book Worms)

Service Description

Participants in third through fifth grade will blast off into adventures while learning valuable life lessons. These independent readers will be immersed in literacy experiences resulting in the building of comprehension and vocabulary, accurate and fluent reading, and the ability to justify and support their ideas in speaking and in writing. Members will receive a Book Box containing the book of the month, a newsletter, activities, and goodies related to the book. Members will also be invited to participate in a Book Share Celebration with food and fun at the end of the month.
